Mysore Yoga Program

Our flagship offering is the Mysore yoga program. We're open most of the year.

When our program is in session, classes run Monday to Friday.

No classes are held on public holidays, full or new moon days. We close for a rest in January and July. Check this calendarto see when moon days occur.

2026 Program

Two teaching periods:

February through June (no class 31 March, 1 April, and Easter days)

August through December (27 July - 23 December)

Morning Classes 5 Days A Week

Weekly schedule with days Monday through Friday, with time slots from 8:15am to 6:15am, and the phrase 'Mysore' written vertically in each day's column.

MYSORE CLASSES

  • All students receive personalised guidance within a group setting. Beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners practice together.

  • You don't need to arrive at 6:15am and stay for two hours! Your start time is flexible during the listed class hours.

  • Newer practitioners might practice for just 30 minutes, while more experienced students could practice for up to 1.5 hours or more.

Fees

Beginners Intensive or Course - $75 or $150 respectively

Single Class - $30

10 Class Pass - $290

20 Class Pass - $500

Our preference is that payments are made directly to us by PayID ABN 54 059 960 523.

*We allow payment by instalment in some circumstances.

Card payments are possible here. They attract additional fees.

* 10 and 20 Class Passes expire after 90 days. You can find out more about our program structure here.

Please choose your membership or class pass carefully. Mysore Melbourne membership and class passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable.
