New Students

If you already have an established Ashtanga yoga practice, feel free to book a class and come on in.

Students new to Ashtanga yoga can either join us for one of our scheduled Beginners Courses or for a Welcome Week.

Not sure about all this? Why not request an appointment to visit during a class and chat with the teacher.

  • Beginners courses are 4 weeks long. Twice a week, you’ll practice with us in our regular classes. You can expect your practice to last 30-40 minutes. The fee for beginner’s courses is just $150 (plus a booking fee).

  • We offer a taste of Ashtanga Yoga in the form of a Welcome Week. During the week you attend classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. You can expect to be in class for 30-45 minutes each day. The fee for a Welcome Week is $75 and it is subject to availability.
