Mysore Classes are our core offering. In a Mysore-Style class, all students are taught individually in a group setting. Beginners, intermediate students, and advanced practitioners all practice together, receiving guidance from the teacher. You don’t have to arrive at 6:00am and stay for two and a half hours! During listed class hours, we offer flexible start times on a first come, first serve basis. Newer practitioners may only be in class for 30 minutes, whilst a more seasoned practitioner could be practicing for 1.5 hours.

Counted Primary Series Classes are a weekly led practice. During Counted Primary Series classes, the teacher sets a unifying pace for a group of students by counting vinyasas in Sanskrit. She will also say the Sanskrit names of the poses and communicate other practice details to the whole group. These classes can help students to gain a better sense of rhythm and clarify other foggy details. They are also fun and encourage a sense of connection and community! Some experience with Ashtanga yoga is advised. Our counted primary series classes are available for attendance both in-person and via livestream. Students practicing in the studio are the teacher’s focus.

Online Mysore Classes are online classes where students are taught individually in a small group setting. The students practicing in online Mysore classes are the sole focus of the teacher.
