Join us for a studio Mysore-style class with open doors and windows. Amanda will be using mostly verbal guidance, a very very small amount of hands-on assistance and lots of hand sanitiser.

Please bring your own mat for use during class, and wear your face mask whilst you are in the studio.

These are ticketed events with limited spaces and set starting times. $25 per class.
